It all began on October 1, 1985, in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Early that morning, Bilal Nuseibeh was driving a Dyna truck loaded with detergents, shampoos, and diapers through the crowded streets of Bab-Makkah. This was his first step into
the world of FMCG sales—delivering and merchandising products in a challenging market.
Coached with the advice: "If you can make it in cash van sales with hard work and consistency, the sky’s the limit," Bilal fully committed himself to mastering the craft.
His career grew quickly, evolving from a small role in a single district to leadership positions across multiple divisions. Along the way, he hired talented individuals, trained sales teams, and deployed people
management programs that shaped the future of the industry. A highlight of his career was attending a training program at P&G’s headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio, which deepened his expertise in people management systems.
With a passion for building people’s capabilities and equipped with years of regional experience, Bilal founded A to Z Sales Solutions in 2009. The consultancy’s mission is to enhance people’s capabilities and
foster growth across the MENA region and Southeast Asia.
Over the past 15+ years, A to Z has partnered with global FMCG giants, regional distributors, and SMEs, transforming business cultures and expanding its reach to over 20 countries. Bilal’s journey has been about people,
